Michele,

Copley Center is the area immediately around the center of Copley Township in Summit County. There are three cemeteries in the township but my best guess is that your ancestor is probably buried in Copley Cemetery which is located on Copley Road. Its location is closest to the center of the township compared to the other two cemeteries.
