My searach is for a HUTCHINSON family(several spellings) that was in ................
Springfield, Portage Co.,OH for the 1820 census,
Suffield, Portage Co., OH for the 1830 census
(in 1840 this area became Summit Co., Ohio
By the 1840 census they were in York Twp Belmont Co., OH with eight children.
Benjamin was b/a/1790-1900. Perhaps Ireland
He m/Nancy SMITH 3 June 1819 in Portage Co., Ohio
Between 1820/1825, they had one son and two daughters.
Between 1825/1830, they had one son and one daughter
Between 1830/1835, they had two daughters,
Elizabeth b/1833 m/Samuel FITCH in Belmont Co., OH
Anna b/ Dec 1835 m/John GREENLEE in Belmont Co., OH
Between 1835/1840, they had one son and one daughter.
Rachel b/June 1838 m/Frederick EBELING/EBERLING
There is a fistful of Hutchinsons/Hutchisons in Belmont Co., Ohio by the 1850 census; however, none that I can prove kin to Benjamin and Nancy
