Pasquale DiGiacomo, Serial #1518469, National Army, enlisted October 5, 1917, Akron, Ohio. 41 Co 11 Training Battalion 158 Depot Brigade to October 27, 1917. Co F 145 Infantry to death. Private to Corporal, October 18, 1918. Meuse-Argonne; Ypres-Lys; Defensive Sector. AEF June 15, 1918 to death. Killed in action November 4, 1918. Distinguished Service Cross. Nearest relative was a sister, Mrs. Scalyette, Hoxie Avenue, Chicago.
