Look Up for a Tom Devlin 1872 Doylestown?

I am searching for information on Tom Devlin. Tom was one of 9 children born to John Devlin (he died in Franklin Township in 1875, he was a miner) and Jane (Hood) Devlin. A cousin was told that Tom was born between 2 sisters, there is a 4 year gap between two of the sisters, one who was born in 1870 and the other who was born in Doylestown in 1874, I have concluded that Tom may have been born in about 1872 and died young, before the 1881 census. I was wondering if someone might be able to do a lookup of the birth/death records of Summit to confirm this for me. Thanks for any help given, Julie
