Town of Howenstine and its founders
Posted by: Rick and Janice Howenstine (ID *****0915) Date: August 24, 2004 at 05:18:56

A little town called Howenstine existed south of Canton in Stark Co.
Does anyone have any info or have any relation to its founders who were named Howenstine? They came from Franklin Co. PA we believe.
There is a cemetary there with remains of Howenstine ancestors but we have never found a listing of graves for it.
Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
