This is the only Ellsworth I can find in Stark Co. that matches your info but their surname is MOYER, no S. In 1910 he and family are in Perry Twp., Stark, OH; Massillon is in Perry Township. The census was taken April 15, 1910.

head, John, 57, M1, 37 yrs, PA PA PA, carpenter
wife, Amanda, 54, M1, ?11 chn, 10 living, OH PA PA
son, Ellsworth, 22, OH, laborer-sheet metal
son, Edward, 20, OH, laborer-sheet metal
son, Charles, 18, laborer-sheet metal
dau, Helen, 13, OH
dau, Marie, 8, OH
son, William 29, widow, OH, laborer-sheet metal
gdau, Mildred, 1-5/12, OH OH OH
gdau, Geneva, 1/12, OH OH OH

William's wife probably was Ida May, b 8 Apr 1883, d 20 Mar 1910 of septicemia in Perry, Stark, OH. Ida's father was Henry G. SNYDER and her mmn was Martha J. BUSH.

I am not related.
