In the 1930 census, George and Ivah had one child, Charles W. age 10; possible middle name Wilks. Also living with them was George's sister-in-law Lois ?WALLIS, 22, single, bp Kansas.

This may be Charles' death notice, published in the "Akron Beacon Journal" on Saturday, Nov. 11, 1989, page B7:
AREA DEATHS, STARK
Kellogg, Charles W., 70, of Massillon. Friday. Lamiell funeral home, Canton.

I believe Charles' wife was Rita Katherine, nee Hilliard.

See http://www.starklibrary.org/genealogy on how to get obit copies.

I am not related.
