William J. Dunningan?

I have some sheet music bought at an auction that is from either Hancock or Seneca County, Ohio. In it was a picture of a man whose last name I can't decipher; it is in a woman's handwriting. It's William J. for sure, and the last name is Dunnigan or something that starts with a D and ends with 'gan.' The date is marked 1946.

He is wearing a white, high collar outfit which may be a military uniform or clerical garb. If anyone thinks he may be their ancestor, please let me know and I would be glad to send this along via mail or email it since I scanned it. He is a handsome, dark-haired man.
