Depending on where you're located, you might want to try visiting the Tiffin-Seneca County Library, located in downtown Tiffin, one block from the courthouse. Their genealogy section contains many church records, as well as books that were written about Seneca County:

History of Seneca County - by W. Lang, 1880 (I have a copy of this book in my possession, so I might be able to help with this one)
History of Seneca County - by Warner, Beers 1886

In my own research, while trying to locate records for a church that used to stand next to an existing cemetery in Loudon Twp., I have run across the following denominations:
German Reformed Church
Catholic
Methodist Episcopal
Baptist
United Brethren

If I can help further, please let me know.
