No help From Ohio GenWeb for Seneca Co.

Where is all the help I need from the Seneca Co. Ohio
genweb ?
They only have an index to the 1850 census, and I could find no others, except through ancestry.com
Do we have to go to the library and look at the census
on microfilm ? Or the Courthouse to look up records ?
I have never seen a site with so little information.
Are none of the 1850 to 1880 censuses online ?
Thank you,
alice
