Seneca County Archives????

Hi,
I am new to the research in Seneca County OH. I have been to other counties (Trumbull, Cuyahoga) doing research where in the County Archives one has easy access to early marriage records on index cards, death and birth records on cards, probate records, divorce, and wills etc are all easy to access.
Does Seneca County have such a place and if so where? Any advice would be appreciated. Hours of operation? parking suggestions? etc etc. I plan to go as soon as I can glean what is the best way to find things once I am there.
Thanks for any and all help.
Pamela
