According to the Portsmouth Correspondent, the obituary for Henry Lybrook reads as follows:

Lybrook, Henry 22 August 1902
Died in South Portsmouth on Friday; veteran of the Civil War; 69 years old.

You might want to check in Kentucky for descendents if he died in South Portsmouth.
Greenup Co, Ky is where South Portsmouth is.
You may want to also check the Civil War Pension information. It usually lists family members as well.
