According to an entry in the Portsmouth Correspondent...Mrs William Ketter died July 12, 1907 in Sciotoville. She was 75 years old and survived by 4 children.

William Ketter died March 3, 1899. He was 63 years old and formerly worked in Monroe Furnace. He left behind a widow and 9 children: Herman, Fred, Henry, Mary, in Wellston,John, in Jackson, Eduard, Daniel, Lizzie and Caroline: he was an uncle of the deputy sheriff, Fred C. Ketter.
