Greetings,
Cecelia Spencer b.1892 in Jonesburg,Montgomery Co.,Mo. meets and marries a Mr.Franks,they are living in Bucyrus by 1925. In 1929 she is living in Fremont,Sandusky Co.,Ohio.

And that is basically all I have, except,
The family story, true or not, it is said that Cecelia ran off with a dancer from the circus!?
Cecelia is my grandfathers sister, she is mentioned in newspaper articles from the Jonesburg area when she comes to visit her ailing mother (1925) and her dying father (1929)

SSDI has eight Cecelia Franks and one of Licking Co.,Ohio, she passes in 1979.
