I think it is the DeMars Point Hunting and Fishing Club. It is located at 5376 North State Route 53, near Fremont, Ohio 43420; (419) 332-6718. I think it was a members only type of place for hunting or fishing. I remember driving by it on the way to Port Clinton from Fremont. I found the address at anywho.com. Hope this helps.
