You can obtain a copy of microfilm containing Ross County Wills for a fee of $3.50 per order which covers shipping and handling down and back for return. You may hold it at the nearest FHL for a period of three weeks and may be able to renew it for another time period. It is less expensive to go this route to find the Wills. You then can write to the Ross County Probate Office for a certified or non-certified copy.

Click on Family History Libraries to find the one nearest to you. Hope I have been of some help.
