Mary Lou, Thanks for your help. I will try Ross Co. Records. My niece and a cousin have both been to Chilicothe on searches. My George and Mary Alice Dewey have been so elusive. George was there in the city directory 1876/78 He married Mary Alice Cox in Clinton Co. Jan 1878. They were on the 1880 Census at 308 or 337 Second St. My Grandfather Frederick and his twin Helen lived on Second St.when born in 1886. George is on the 1887/88 directory. Then in Dec. 1896, my grandfather went to the odd fellows, from the IIOF Lodge. The 1900 Census has the five children all in different places in Clinton, Washington, and Montgomery Counties. I think my next thing will be to check the Chilicothe newspapers from 1888-1896 to see if I can find an Obituary. I don't know if the died at separate times or together. Thanks for your help! Janice
