I live in Ross county and would be very happy to give you some information. there is the McKell genological library on 5th street, the Ross county geneological society on Douglas Ave, and the public library has a very good geneology room complete with all Ohio census records and all the cemetary records for Ross county. There are many private cemetaries here and it would be best to go to the library first. You can also get copies of death and birth certificates at the health department.
