In Ross County Ohio, I have information on the following people who spelled thier last name as "Low" and later Lowe. In 1828 Jesse LT, who was born i North Carolina moved into Ohio, along with Isah(Isacc)born in 1930, Robert, born in 1835, Marie(Maranza)born in 1840 and Julian born in 1845. They were the children of Perily Lowe (Low), all of I have freedom papers for. {Lowe(Low)in 1800's}
