Madison/Mathias Held m. Nancy Hiskey [14 May 1835 Richland Co., OH] it is believed they had least one child Harriet [b. January 1835]. Madison died before 1839 and Nancy married second George Shearer [2 May 1839 Richland Co.], they had George W. Shearer and then George Shearer Sr. died ca 1840. Nancy married the third time to James McDaniel [21 August 1845 Crawford Co., IL].
Most interested to get some primary evidence of Madison Held and Nancy Hiskey and their child Harriet and what happened to her. Presently believe she married first Silas Adams and then Alexander Shoulder both in Crawford Co., IL but need proof that this Harriet was in-fact the daughter of Madison Held and Nancy Hiskey.
