Mrs. Costick
Kathryn B. Costick, 84, of 390 Hammond Ave. was found dead at her home Saturday.
Born in Austria-Hungary on Nov. 25, 1894, Mrs. Costick came to this country in 1910 and to Mansfield in 1918. She was a retired employee of the Evergreen Cafeteria and a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
Her husband, John, preceded her in death. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Jeanette) Matthes of Mansfield; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Amelia Leja of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Peter’s Catholic Church at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Mansfield Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Geiger-Herlihy Funeral Home where a vigil service will be held at 7 p.m.
