Henry Shaver born 1823? Somewhere in Ohio ?

My Henry Shaver states on census he was born in OH about 1823. There is some evidence they may have lived in Richland Co. His family had moved back to NY by 1833 where a yonger sister Betsey was born and an older sister Sarah was born in NY 1820.
Does the census index for Richland Co show a SHAVER family living in Richland Co in 1825-30 time period with children who fit this senario?
