Hi Al,
Three of your four surnames caught my eye: Campbell, Wasson, and Marsh.
I have a number of Preble Co., OH, ancestors, including Abraham Lambert, son of Philip Van Courtland Lambert. Courtland's eldest son (and Abraham's older brother) was Jonathan Lambert (abt. 1797-1869). He was firt married to Polly CAMPBELL and secondly to Betsy WASSON. I do not know who Polly's parents were but she was born between 1795-1804 and died before Dec. of 1829, when Jonathan married Betsy. She was born abt. 1792 in NC and died in 1865 and she and Jonathan are buried in the New Lisbon Cemetery in Randolph Co., IN. It looks like her parents were Joseph Wasson and Sarah Smith, according to the Wasson Family Genealogy Forum, and that your Mary was her sister.
Jonathan's daughter, Cynthia Lambert, was married to Isaac Marsh Stewart. His parents were William Stewart and Sarah Marsh (see Stewart Family Genealogy Forum).
I have nothing on the Campbells, though, other than Polly's maiden name.
Ashley
