It appears you may already have your questions answered. However, if you are interested, there is an online book company that does reprints of some books. They do have a reprint of "The History of Preble County, Ohio" published by H. Z. Williams brothers, 1881. Their web address is:
I purchased it about three years ago. I do not remember what I paid for it but I am glad that I found it.
Family Tree Maker also has a CD #450. "County and family histories: Ohio, 1780 - 1970." The same book is on the CD.
They include other county histories as well.
