Diane,
Michael died May 27, 1808; burial in Old Baptist Cemetery now part of Sugar Grove Cemetery. His grave was washed away in a flood.
Phoebe Van Winkle's gravesite is at Sugar Grove. It has a fancy flat stone about 30 inches wide, 5 feet tall, white marble which reads:
Phobe died Sep 12, 1836
99y-11m-9d
Next to it is an obelisk of white marble for Simeon and Sarah VanWinkle which reads:
Sinmeon born in New Jersey June 5, 1768
died June 8, 1831 age 63y, 3 d
Sarah born in Georgia August 8, 1776
died Nov. 8, 1865 89 y
The front of the obelisk reads:
Simeon and Sarah Van Winkle
First settlers of Twin Township
Settled on this section of land in 1804.
Their son Jesse was born Feb. 22, 1805
and was the first white child born in
Twin Township.

Hope this helps you, Sharon
