Are there any descendants of Allyn and/or Lewis M. Turner out there? Allyn died at son Lewis' home in Portage County in 1852 and is buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Hiram. His grave if marked with a Revolutionary War Veteran's marker. Allyn died at the home of his son Lewis Milton Turner.

Lewis married Julia Tyler in Greene Co., NY. They all moved to Portage County in the late 1830's and lived there the rest of their lives. Their children were: Delia, b. 1832, NY, m. J. R. Thompson; Ellen Turner, B. OH. 1838-1869; and, Albert Allyn Turner, b. 1846, OH, m. Alice Josephine Robinson in 1870, Portage Co., d. 1923, Portage Co., OH.
