Yes, it does match what I have! My GGGgrandfather, John D. REEVES and your Phebe (I have it spelled Pheby) were brother and sister. Their father's name was Nathaniel REEVES and their mother's maiden name was Ann DODDRIDGE. They were married abt. 1796 in Bedford PA. I have other info which you are welcome to if you want it.
