Maxfield Gallaher

Does anyone have information on an early settler named Maxfield Gallaher(Gallagher)? Appears in the 1820 census in Seal TWP, Pike County. Served in the War of 1812 in Odd Battalion(Daniels'), Ohio Militia, Private as Galliher. Married Hannah Ullom(Ullem) 1812 Scioto Co, OH. I believe he is the father of my ancestor Clark Gallagher b 3/2/1820 Pike, OH as he attended his wedding in 3/5/1848 in Scioto Co, OH. As I live overseas, I am trying to access his marriage certificate through Salt Lake City.
