I am a descendant of Lucy Dolby and Richard Napper. I haven't had much luck finding info about Lucy's family. We believe Richard died during the Civil War - he was with the USCT. There is a William Napper who was married to Jemimah- they lived in Ross County in 1860/1870. In 1900's William was married to Ada - they lived in London/Union township/Madison county and later Springfield. This William was 79 in 1930
