I descend from a sibling of your Christena RADER. (Adam RADER, who m. Nancy THARP).
My records show that Christena RADER m 1) James BROWN on 8 Aug 1828 in Pike Co. and m2) "Mr. Collins"; she d. aft 24 Jun 1874, perhaps in CA.
Have some data, including the excellent RADER book by Dr. Rader of FL and the Beaver Valley Pioneers by Brill, which is not documented, but provides clues. Also have the Pike Co. Marriages 1815-1915 on shelf.
If James was b. in 1809, it would have been in ROSS, not Pike Co. Pike formed in 1815.
