Just began my research of the CORDER family, and have very little, but maybe this will give you some direction to find your ancestor:
I have no JULIA CORDER, but might she be a child of my JAMES & ELIZABETH TIPTON CORDER?

James Corder was over 30 when he and Elizabeth Tipton married. It seems from the census records that he may have had children with a first wife, and Elizabeth helped him raise them.He apparently died before the 1830 census, and she moved to Madison County, probably to be nearer her relatives. If Julia and James H. Corder were his children, they would have been less than 10 years old when their father died.Try looking in not only Pickaway, but also in Madison County, OH for your Julia.
If you find a connection, would you kindly share your info with me?I will continue this search for my Tipton ancestors and would be happy to share with you. Thanks, Elaine
