In the name of God, Amen. I Isaac VanMeter, of Pickaway County and Wayne township being of sound and perfect mind, memory, in usual good health blessed be Almighty God for the same, but considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form followning that is to say, 1st I do give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Rebecca Vanmeter all that part of my farm, where I now reside, during her natural life. beginning at the creek, then to a large walnut in a throughfare, thence in direction on to the back line of my survey, so as to include the sugar camp known as

Abraham's camp, I do also bequeath to my beloved wife two horse creatures four cows and all the stock of sheep and all the household furniture that I may be in possession of. 2nd I do also bequeath to my son Joseph Vanmeter all that part of my tract ______ below the above described line, it being his full part of my estate. 3rd I bequeath unto my eldest daughter Mary Davis fifteen hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents. 4th I bequeath to my daughter Catherine George fifteen hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents. 5th I bequeath to my daughter Rachel Vanmeter fifteen hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents. 6th I bequeath to my daughter Elisabeth Shephard fifteen hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents. 7th I bequeath unto my son Abraham Vanmeter fifteen hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents. 8th I bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca Hults fifteen hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents. 9th I bequeath

to my daughter Susanna Kile fifteen hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents. 10th I do hereby ordain and direct my executors to keep in view the following sums of money that my children have had prior to this, which is to include in the total amount at my decease, and then the quotient made between the ___ seven mentioned children that is to say Abraham has had twenty hundred and thirty three dollars and thirty three cents, also John Shepard for Elisabeth has had nine hundred dollars and John Kile for Susanna has had five hundred and forty dollars. further all of my children except Joseph are to settle for all property they have had from me directly or indirectly and make a divident amount all except Joseph. 11th I further direct and ordain that the tracts of land where I now live at the decease of my wife Rebecca, shall be equally divided among all my children except Joseph. further I direct that all my property that I may be in the possession of at my decease not herein bequeath br disposed of at public

vendue and equally divided amongst my children. further I do hereby appoint John Shepard and William Florence my executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of January 1815
