Thank you Lisa for your response to my message. Sorry to be so slow in responding. This is my line: I descend from their daughter Sydene who married Lewis BARTON 22 Jan. 1870 in Mason County, Michigan. She was named PARKHURST at that time. She died 7 Sept. 1875 in Washington County, Iowa. Jacob & Maria were in Darby Twp. in 1840. By 1850 he no longer appears & I cannot find a trace. I believe Maria was daughter of Jonas DEYO od Darby Twp., but of Jacob I can find no connection, but believe him to be of the Ross County or Fairfield County group. Sydene wa born 22 Oct. 1842 in Pickaway Cnty., her siblings identified as John, Harmon, Joseph, Elias (who also went to Mason Cnty.), & Minerva. Any help would be appreciated & am happy to share.
