Women age 10 or older with either (A) a direct, blood-related ancestor who served honorably for the Union in the Civil War or (B) a direct, blood-related ancestor whose brother served honorably for the Union in the Civil
may join. The cost is a one-time application fee of $10 plus annual dues, which is expected to be about $20 a year.
Applicants must be able to provide documentation of the relationship between each generation from herself back to the Union veteran as well as the service of the veteran.
