John "Gust" Seefeldt was a wagonmaker who immigrated from Prussia in 1863. Children listed on various census enumerations: August (1862), John (1864), Fred (1870), Carrie (1872), Eda/Edith (1874), Frank (1877), William (1880). William married Emily Crisler, daughter of Orval Crisler and Jennie Comer. Their children were Lyle and Marion, from the Chicago area. Happy to share information with anyone interested in this line. (In 1900 Fred, Carrie, Frank, and William relocated to Chicago, Illinois. Only Carrie returned to Elmore, to care for her parents after her sister Eda/Edith died.
