I am looking for John or James Coss b.bet.1835-1840 near Cleveland,Oh,maybe Ottawa, either city or county in Ohio. He was in Civil War and never returned. Don't know if he survived the war. He was married and they had 3 children,
James Chester Coss b.1860,brother John Coss, sister Alice Coss may have been born in Ottowa County, Ohio,
which was Sandusky in 1860. John Coss later lived in or around Cleveland, Ohio and had a son named John also.
May have lived in Mansfield, Ohio around 1900-1910. Alice Coss married a man named Foster and lived near
Toledo. James Chester Coss moved to Detroit, Michigan in 1900, He owned a bow socket company in Mansfield,OH, later in Owensboro,KY,still later in Detroit,MI. Any information
pertaining to any of these people would help greatly.
