Steve,

Have you been in contact with Charles Justice of Noble Co.? He is Young-related and has a great deal of information. I checked my notes and he mentions an oral tradition in the family -- George Young (1911-1987) (his grandpa) whose motherís (Rebecca Kirkbride? (1889-1934)) mother (given name not known maiden name was Van Dyne) was Native American. He notes that Indians had been evicted from Noble County by the 1820s. Rebecca taught school and married Frank Clyde Young (1882-1947). I have a picture them that Charles sent. Please contact me for Charles email address, if you like. I am lyoung5@columbus.rr.com.

Best, Leila
