Leila, great hearing from you. I just wanted to let you know that I am sending an attached copy of my Young family research to your e-mail address.Let me know if you get it. You can also reach me at [email protected]. That's the main address I use now, although I still use the [email protected].
I live here in Sarahsville about 200 yrds from where William C. Young is buried. Are you positive on his birth date? I have him as being born on Dec. 29, 1789 Lippits Mills, Rhode Island and came to Ohio from there in 1825. I didn't know he had lived in New Jersey for awhile. I've got an awful lot on his family and that's why I'm sending you a copy of my research. This is research I did here in Noble County at the Caldwell Public Library. I got all this info. from Census reports, burial records, newspaper microfilm, wedding records, and Noble County history books which are all located in the geneology room at the library.
Would you happen to know who William C. Young's parents or siblings were and if William C.s father fought in the Revolutionary War?Also, would you happen to have any photographs of William C. or his children? The oldest photo I have is my g-grandfather, Frank Clyde Young (1882-1947)and his wife Rebecca Kirkbride (1889-1934).I am descended from William C.s son, Robert J. Young (1825-1868).From Robert J., I am descended through Robert Stevens Young (1854-1939), Frank Clyde, George W. Young (1911-1987), and my mother, Patricia J. Young (1948-).Would appreciate anything you can help me with and thanks.---C.Justice
