I am sorry for taking so long to respond - I was in summer school and was finishing up final exams. Unfortunatly, I do not have any good news - I checked around to some of my contacts and they could not find a connection between the 2 families. However I do have this information that might help you, it was written by my GG Grandfather when he was doing research-- he stated that JAMES D. MORGAREIDGE, whose father migrated from Maine to Ohio in 1778 had 11 children -- the only one I have information on is my direct descendant Simeon Morgareidge. I do not have further information at this time on James or his other children, but one of his other 10 children may be your link - if I find any more info I will contact you - GOOD LUCK
