Was Margaret Hoffman the daughter of Christian Hoffman?

A Christian Hoffman Family is listed in the 1850 Federal Census, Washington County, Ohio then they move to Noble County, Ohio.

In the same listing as the Christian Huffman Family, a Sarah Lake, age 40 and an Osmer Dornon, age 01 are listed in the same household. I'm trying to find the reason why Sarah and Osmer are living in the Christian Huffman household.

Then in the 1860 Federal Census, Noble County, Ohio/
A George Galaspia, Sarah, and Osmer are living in Noble County, Ohio.

In Osmer Glaspy's journal it is written/went to Lilly Huffman's childs burial.
