I'm looking for anyone who may have information about Henry Edwards born around 1769 either in KY or IN. I'm mostly looking for a connection between him and my Jesse Edwards born around 1796 possibly in Adair Co., Kentucky who married Elizabeth Hardin on September 25, 1828 in Adair Co., KY. They had three children and moved the family to Morgan Co., Indiana. Jesse returned to KY and had more children with another woman.
There is only one Edwards family listed in Adair Co., KY census during the time when my Jesse Edwards was born. The head of household was a Henry Edwards. So I'm assuming this Henry must have been the father of Jesse Edwards.
I talked to another researcher on Genforum a year ago and he sent me information about a Henry Edwards he had researched. This Henry was born on June 27, 1769 in Indiana (which would correspond with my Henry moving the family from KY to his native land of Indiana). His wife was Elizabeth Rodimer married on June 04, 1797 location unknown. But the information he gave me didn't have a 'Jesse' as listed children for Henry and Elizabeth. I would just love to connect this Henry with my Jesse.
