The date of this marriage was reported by Paul Clay on his site about Morrow County families. Clay e-mailed me that he found the Russell-Whitaker marriage in Delaware County records, and below is an Internet record of it that I discovered much later than did Clay. It looks as if Annas was mistranscribed as Amos:

Many lines of descent come down from Phebe's child Lucy.
I think that Phebe married again to Stephen B. Wallace and had one more child. But records in this line are few and confusing.
