David, James, and James A. Daniel

I'm looking for wills, burial records, and any other information for any of these men:

David Daniel, married to Jane ____, likely born circa 1755.

James Daniel, possibly born circa 1777.

James A. Daniel, born circa 1797.

The family probably emigrated to Morgan County from Fairfax County (VA) between 1830 and 1840. David no longer appears on the Loudoun County census after 1804. He had a son named James who had to have been at least 16 in 1793, making his birthdate circa 1777, and no other sons are listed. James A is on the 1830 Fairfax census with his wife, three young sons, another female - possibly a sister or sister-in-law, and a slave but do not appear on the 1840, so I believe the emigration happened in that 10 year span. Trying to determine if James A. is the son of James, grandson of David.

Any info anyone can provide would be much appreciated.
