LAWRENCE and CONNER families

I'm trying to find the maiden name of Charlotte (Lotta) Ann, born about 1841 in Ohio. She married George D. Lawrence around 1846 or so. The only clue I have is that George Lawrence is listed in the 1850 Ohio census for Malta in Morgan County, living with his parents. In the same census, living nearby, there is a Charlotte Ann Conner, living with Harman Seaman (or Leaman) and his wife Mary. The birth date of Charlotte Ann Conner is also about 1841, so I'm wondering if this is George's wife. I know there were some Conners who migrated from Pennsylvania to Ohio about this time. Any information will be greatly appreciated!
