Hi Pat,

I don't really know who the JOSEPH MILLS is - in the 1820
Montgomery Co., Ohio. I do feel that he is probably the elder of the two Joseph Mills's who are found in Lemon Twp. of Butler Co., Ohio in the 1807 census of Men Over the Age of 21 in Butler Co.. I have always thought that those two Joseph's may have been a father and son - but maybe not.
Ohio Census research seems to show that at some time during 1807 and 1820 - the younger Joseph Mills stayed in Madison twp., Butler Co. while the older Joseph Mills ended up in Montgomery Co. This thought is really wishfull thinking - since I can't prove that the Joseph's of 1820 aren't entirely seperate men from the two who were in Lemon Twp in 1807.
Please contact me by my email and we can continue talking about thise guys. I also need to learn more about your Elias Mills and wife Chloe Stites.
Thanks, Judy Mills Boie - MN
