As you noted, this Caroline is buried at Spring Grove. In the same section/lot (31/122) is an Elizabeth J. Schaffer (Shaffer?), b. 1792, d. 1863. Burial arranged by Wm. Hicks. Her parents' name was Blain. Another in the lot is Elizabeth J. Coger (or Ooger), b 1833, d. 1892. Her parent: ? and Elizabeth J. Schaefer. It seems likely that these Elizabeths are mother and sister of your Caroline Shaefer Hicks.
