Most likely there will be something in the Dayton Daily News, the best source for local obits is the Dayton Metro Library. I'll likely be down there for a bit tomorrow afternoon and I'll see if I can locate this one for you. If it's of any length, I'll likely contact you and send you a scanned image. If it's short or hard to read, I'll transcribe it and send it along here.
Fairview Cemetery is outside my territory, so I'm unable to help with that. Maybe somebody else will be able to help with that request.
Oh... have you looked for his death certificate online at the LDS record search website?
