1900 census look up for James Dickson

If anyone has acess to the 1900 census for Ohio I need your help.
I've been trying to find my GG Grandfather for over three years. James Eugene Dickson was b. abt. 1862. I found the Dickson/Dixon Family living in Dayton,Ohio in the 1880 census. James was living with his widowed mother, Isabella and older siblings.
James married an Elizabeth Steller and had three children who lived to adulthood: Gertrude, Archie and Harry ( all the children remained in Ohio). The story goes that James Dickson divorced his wife,Elizabeth and moved to Chicago where he started a new Family.
I don't know if he remarried in Ohio or if he Met the second wife in Illinois. It was stated in his brother's will that James Dickson was living in Chicago in 1906. I desperately want to see if he was still in Ohio in the 1900. If I can find him it may shed some light on if he was remarried by then or if he left town...
