I am looking for an Elvina Shoemaker and an Adaline Bliss. Both were mentioned in the will of Peter Leis, dated 1865 in Montgomery County, Ohio. The will was completed in 1870, which is when the two girls above put their "mark" on signed comprises to the will. Elvina was named as a daughter, of Rebecca Shultz and a granddaughter of Peter Leis. Not sure who Adaline Bliss is, other than she is listed as a heir to Peter Leis. I believe that they may be sisters, and that Rebecca Shultz had died between the years 1865-1870. I also can not find a connection to Rebecca Shultz, as the daughter that I have on record is Elizabeth, born 1808 in Berks Co., PA, married to a Shultz. I can not find any record of marriage, census or death. Can anyone help?
