After a recent trip to the Historical Society in Lebanon, PA I know a lot more about the Goldmans

I am trying to get additional information on John Goldman/Goldmann, b. abt 1784 in PA and his wife. The 1850 census shows him in Miami, Montgomery Co,Ohio with his wife, Mary, b. abt 1792 in PA and his daughter, Mary, age 11, and son, John, 13. I also know there was an older daughter, Lavinia, b. 6/15/1822 in Lebanon Co.,PA but by that census she was married to Aaron Conklin.

By tracing back, Lavinia Goldmann was baptized at the Frieden's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Myerstown, PA on 4/27/1823. Father - John Goldmann; mother -Anna Maria. On 4/14/1816, John Goldmann m. Maria Ellenberger (later corrupted in the oral family history to Elabarger) at the Trinity Tulpehochen Reformed Church, Jackson Township, Lebanon Co., PA. Maria may have been baptized at the same church on 11/23/1807 and her parents are listed as John Ellenberger and Maria.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone that might have more information on John and Maria.
